Dottie primarily manages insurance billing and accounts receivables, working hard to ensure accuracy in patient financials and insurance benefits. When not working on insurance tasks, you’ll also catch her cheerfully spending some time at the check-in and check-out stations. Her and her Husband of 25+ years, Jason, have two daughters, Abigail and Isabelle. When outside of the office she enjoys traveling, hiking, line dancing, reading and watching movies.

Robin can most often be found at the front desk welcoming patients with professionalism and a friendly smile. You may also occasionally catch her working at our checkout station. Regardless of where you find her, you’re sure to see her smiling, positive and energetic. Robin is a Traverse City native and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, gardening, traveling and soaking up the sun!
