Nichole has handled many important responsibilities in the office over the years. Currently she is trusted with the task of managing and posting electronic insurance claims for the office. Her hobbies include music, sports, studying Japanese and reading. She resides in Traverse City with her husband, son and daughter.

Lizzy can be found handling our check-out station responsibilities with kindness, and courtesy. When not working at the front desk, she also manages insurance billing, accounts receivable and other administrative tasks. Together with her husband, Jordan, they have 3 children affectionately known as their “zoo crew”. Her hobbies include crocheting, watching the zoo crew play sports, lake life (boating, SUPing, swimming, etc.), and she loves a good foot race with 5K’s being her favorite!

Lauren spends her time between the front desk check-in and check-out stations. Regardless of where you find her, you’re sure to see her smiling, positive and energetic. She was born and raised in Northern Michigan and is glad to be back in the area after spending time serving in the Unites States Air Force. When not working, she enjoys spending time outside, reading, and is an avid Taylor Swift fan!
